Do you feel that there's a bullying/respect issue at Lane? 5. Where is the worst location for bullying...in the classroom? In the lunchroom? At recess? On the bus? Anywhere else?
I've been bullied a little sometimes, it just makes me annoyed. The worst place for bullying is on the bus because that's where people can get distracted the most and there is only one person who can get the teaser in trouble. In my experience, whenever anyone gets bullied on the bus, nobody (except the kid being bullied) realizes it's actually bullying. When I tell on someone for bullying, he gets in a little bit of trouble, but he keeps on doing it. I like the part where Brian gets made fun of for his hair and D.J. messes up his hair so it looks worse than Brian's.

ReplyDeleteI've been bullied sometimes, it makes me feel really bad. My favorite part was when the bully kept on saying just kidding. I want to tell the bullies about this book so they would stop teasing me.
The worst place for bullying is on the bus. There is no adult on the bus (other than the bus driver which is driving the bus)so the chance of bullying is greater than in the classroom or at recess, because recess and the classroom have adult supervision.

Some bullies think teasing other people is fun but to the person that gets bullied really hates it. Once i got bullied and i really , really hated it. But something good is that i dont see any bullies in lane school. thats what i like about lane school. i think people in lane school are kind and helpful.

Just kidding teaches people to not bully other people and it shows how kids feel when they get bullied. I also thought it was an interesting book. I've been bullied on the bus and on the playground and believe me it is not fun to be bullied. It made me mad when they bullied me. So don't bully people!

I havn't seen bulying in lane and I think that the worst place for bully is the bus because their arn't any grown ups to watch and it's loud enuogh so no one can hear insults very well. Just Kidding was a bit short so they didn't have much bullying to deal with.

A solution that could happen is that the person that is being bullied and the bully should be sent to the principals office so that they can work everything out and realize why they were having a problem in the first place and the bullies parents should be called to the school so that they can pick up their kid. That would be the best. To make Lane School a better place we can try our best to stop bullying forever to make not only Lane School a better place but make the whole world a better place that would be the best thing for me i think.

I got bullied on the bus the other day, well, maybe not necessarily bullied. So XXXXXXX said x,y,z or something like that so I said what does that mean and they didn't tell me and kept trying to force it out of me.

I liked this book. It really gave me a different view on bullying. I sometimes get bullied too, mostly on the bus. One time at the bus stop someone kneed me in a place that I'd prefer not to talk about. I hope this doesn't make me a bully, but I kind of like seeing bullies get in trouble. (JGW)

Sometimes when you first know someone and they say something like "you want to fight" and you really don't know them well you might think that they are a bad person.
