This book is about twins, a boy and a girl, who live in Pennsylvania during the civil war. When Aunt Rudine and Simon come, Stephen is fed up and runs off to the army. Susanne must find Stephen. Is he still alive? I liked the parts before Aunt Rudine came because some things were very adventurous.
