Brian's Winter by Gary Paulsen

This book is about a boy, Brian, who is 13 years old. He is about to face his deadliest enemy… winter... a cold, frigid season. My favorite part was when Brian saw fresh, white, and sparkling blankets of snow. Not just a blanket, sheets and sheets of them! I think both boys and girls ages 8-12 would enjoy this book.
