It is an action packed book about a dog named Cracker that is shipped to the army and is paired with a man named Rick Hanski. At first they don’t get along, but if they are going to survive in Vietnam, they will have to work together as a team.
The funniest part in the book was when Cracker started chasing some chickens in a small town in Vietnam. And I liked when Cracker stole a whole entire piece of meat.
I think boys ages 10-13 will enjoy reading this book.
