This book is about an 8 year old girl who is kidnapped by a giant called the BFG (The Big Friendly Giant). Together they try to stop the other 9 horrible giants who eat human beings every evening.
My favorite part of this novel is when Sophie( the girl) hides in the BFG's humongous ear.
I think both girls and boys will prefer this book.
I think children 6-24 years old will enjoy this book.
