BONE:OUT FROM BONEVILLE by Jeff Smith

This book is about a small creature named bone who's cousins got lost when they were separated by locusts. They find out that they are trapped in a mysterious world with big bugs,dragons,and huge rats. Bone finds out when winner comes it's GAME OVER. Will bone find his cousins in time?

My favorite part was when he got burned by a dragon.

I would recommend this book to boys ages 8-12.

PIXIE TRICKS: THE ANGRY ELF by Tracy West

This book is about Violet Briggs. She just met someone who's really out of this world. He's a fairy named Sprite and he has a secret...

My favorite funniest part was when Violet through  something and it bounced up and landed in his sandwich. I would recommend this book boys/girls who are ages 7 - 10.

MISS SUKI IS KOOKY by Dan Gutman

In this book the characters are Miss.Suki A.J and his friends.Miss.Suki came to visit the students class with a pet bird wen Miss.Suki was talking the, bird flue away oh no the bird flue write out the door get that bird! The whole class went out the door to get the bird.after two whole hours they got the bird but sadly the bird was dead... Miss.Suki left the class balling her eyes out I guess things don't always end happily ever after.

The worst part was when the bird was dead whn they found it.

I would recommend this book to both boys and girls ages 8-11

AMELIA BEDELIA: BOOKWORM by Peggy Parrish

     I liked the book when all the kids had masks on. on that looked  like dinessors. and when every one thought that mark got a bookmark.  

         my favorite part is when they all go to the parade.

BIG NATE ON A ROLL by Lincoln Pierce

 For boy scouts Big Nate's worst enemy ArHtur joins and there is a contest for selling wall hangers.  Artur is lucky with everything and is the best at everything too. If you sold the most wall hangers you would win a skateboard

       My favorite part of the book was when Big Nate won the coin toss

         I would recommend this book to boys ages 8-14

THERE WAS AN OLD LADY WHO SWALLOWED FLY GUY BY Tedd Arnold

One day buzz went to see his grandma Fly Guy came with him.Grandma was happy to see him so she came running to see him. Gulp grandma swallowed fly guy !What will she swallow next?



The funniest part was when grandma swallowed all of the animals just to catch fly guy


i would recommend this book for boys and girls ages 5-9

DAISY-HEAD MAYZIE By Dr.Seuss

In a school, in room #8, Mayzie McGrew was doing her work and a daisy sprouted out of her head, Mayzie's teacher Miss Sneetcher came over and toke her to the principal's office to see what was going on. Mr.Grumm the pricipal, knew all question and all answers, but Mr.Grumm didn't know what was going on, then Finagle the agent said to Mayzie "Do you want to be famous?" Mayzie thought about it and signed the contract and went to being famous. After awhile Mayzie didn't want to be famous, so she ran away. Then the daisy on her head started to die, "That's bad!!"she thought,"If the daisy dies, I  could die"...

My favorite part was when the daisy sprouted out of Mayzie's head, it was funny.

I would recommend this book for boys and girls, ages 1-16.

BABY SITTERS CLUB THE TRUTH ABOUT STACEY By Raina Telgemeier

The baby sitters club is about a group of girls who baby sit to earn money. One of the girls name Stacey. Stacey has been lying to all the other girls in the club. Stacey has to go to the hospital.

The saddest part of the book is when Stacey says why she moved here.

I would recommend this book to girls ages  6-10

MR.BROWN CAN MOO CAN YOU? by Dr. Seuss


      This book is about a man named Mr.Brown. He can make many animal sounds, like the whisper of a butterfly or the hoot of an owl. Not only can he make animal sounds, he can also make bug sounds like the chirp of a cricket. Mr.Brown is also good at making non living thing sounds, like the tick-tock on a coo coo clock, and the pop sound of a cork.

For me best part of the book is when Mr.Brown made the sound of rain drops.

I would recommend this book to both boys and girls ages 3-6

WHEN SANTA LOST HIS HO HO HO by Laura Rader

Up at the north pole in Santa's workshop it was buzzing with action. But Santa looked tired so the elves thought they needed a break. Every body was having fun but something was missing Santa was quiet . Could it be ... Santa lost his ho ho ho!!This was serious the doctor gave Santa a list of things to do to try to get his laugh back. All the elves were eager to help. this is big every body around the world . Every body heard the news Santa lost his ho ho ho. Santa thought it was a good idea to take a winter nap. While Santa was asleep every body else was looking for a funny picture to knock Santa's laugh rite back in to place. Look said Mrs clause found a picture to do the thing ... And it did . every body could hear a big jolly ho ho ho!Every body heard the news Santas ho ho ho was back so they pranced and danced. People from everywhere wanted to know what the picture was . My bad day from Holly that was the picture.

the funniest part was when the reindeer pretended to be a baby.

I recommend this book for both boys and girls from ages 4-10 years old

One night 2 devils flew over the town of brisk.They  saw it was Hanukkah and they were going to scare the people of the town and ruin Hanukkah. They flew down and played nasty tricks. The town got frightened and called for the Rabbi because they new the Rabbi would keep them safe since the evil spirits have no power over him. Now the town hopes he can get rid of them for good.........


My favorite part in the book is when the devils turned into cock roaches and got stepped on by Rabbi.

I would recommend this book for both boys and girls who are ages 4-8

GOOSEBUMPS YOU CAN'T SCARE ME by R.L Stine

Four kids Eddie, Hat, Molly, and Charlene are trying to scare a show off in there class Courtney. She said nothing can scare her and shes also making Eddie and his friends look bad.They think bringing her to muddy creek were the mud monsters live will scare her because she believes in monsters. Its to bad for Eddie because monsters just might be real.Will they scare Courtney or will Eddie find out if mud monsters really alive?

The funniest part for me is when eddies friend dropped a tarantula on Charlene and they could not get it out of her hair.

I think both girls and boys who are 8-10 years old will enjoy this book.

The book is about three kids named Jared Simone part is when Jared when up in a dumbwaiter in the attic he saw a little creature .Simon is a animal person because he has so much animals. the setting takes place in a old house with there mother other part is when they try to capture a little creature.my favorite part is when Jared goes in the dumbwaiter and finds a little creature.my favorite part is when they find a little creature in a book.

THE GREAT HAMSTER MASSACRE by Katie Davies

In "The Great Hamster Massacre" a girl her brother Tom and her friend Sarah are on an investigation  about murdered baby hamsters. They get lessons on solving crimes from a former detective from down the street. but were here lessons enough to solve this case.

My favorite part of the book was when Sarah dug a hole to the other side of the condo. Witch belonged to Tom and his sisters family.

I would recommend this book to both boys and girls who are ages 7-11.

THE ZACK FILES, MY TEACHER ATE MY HOMEWORK By Dan Greenburg

This book is about a boy who thinks he has a werewolf as a teacher because she ate his homework. Then, Zack (The boy) and his friend, Spencer waited until the teacher left school to see if she did anything werewolfy. Finally, the teacher said that she was once a hairy, hairy werewolf that got bit by a human.

The funniest part was when the werewolf teacher chased Spencer and Zack around the neiborhood.

I would recommend this book to boys 7-12

Geronimo's grandfather is going golfing but there's one problem Geronimo is going to! Geronimo is fascinated by the trophy you get if you win the golf game and meets his old friend OOK. OOK tells Geronimo that someone is going to try to steal the trophy!

I think the funniest part was when Geronimo's grand father drove a bull-dozer into the house!

THE LITTLES GIVE A PARTY By John Peterson



This book is another adventure for the Littles!  It's a story when the Littles plan a surprise party for Granny Little on the Fourth of July.  This is gonna be a Fourth of July to remember!!!!

My favorite part of this book was when Uncle Pete did a belly-whopper into the water of their roof shingles.

I would recommend this book to both boys and girls who are ages 6-12.
