There was a girl named Araminta and she loves ghosts. Her parents got lost while she was at home with her aunt,so now she lives with her aunt. Her aunt wants to sell the house, but Araminta doesn't want to sell the house. Will they sell the house...
The scariest part was when Araminta found a ghost.
I think boys and girls who are 7-10years old will enjoy this book

DOUBLE IDENTITY Margret Peterson Haddix
Quick summary of book: Double Identity is about a girl named Bethany and she has driven hours and hours in complete darkness with her mother crying in the front seat. Her dad then stops at a house In the middle of nowhere and he walks up to the front door of that mysterious house. Her dad walks inside and starts talking to the owner of the house and shortly after comes back down to the car and tells Bethany that she has to stay with her aunt Myrlie for a while so her dad can protect Bethany's mom. Will Bethany ever see her parents again or even go back to her own house ever?
For me I thought that the saddest part of the book was when Bethany's dad came down to the car and tells Bethany that she has to leave home and stay with her aunt for a while.
I would recommend this book for girls from ages 10-45.
