Annabeth is very frustrated... she is worried that when she reunites
with Percy he will have changed, It has been six months and believe me
people can change! Soon Annabeth receives a note... Dear Annabeth, take
three friends to the Argo II... AVENGE ME!!! -Athena. That note terrified Annabeth!
And the most disturbing part was this note was from her Mother! ,
ATHENA... Annabeth had not seen her for years yet she always knew
her mother was up in the clouds starring down at her... BEWARE THE ARGO II...
Annabeth was the main character [of course]. Annabeth had a big struggle
with her mother, Athena because she had not seen her mother in years,
and years! She always thought her mother had bailed on her! Annabeth
had another struggle with Percy... Annabeth had just reunited and had not
been together for the longest time! {six months}
Annabeth had a big struggle with life itself. She most of the time was never
happy or never had a smile on her face. Life was a nightmare come true,
everything was a really big challenge for her and she could not really function
as well as everybody else.
Annabeth goes from a lonely, twisted minded girl to a warrior of
wisdom! There are some very big changes that she goes from through-out
the story... these are very hard changes to make and are brave to
dodge!
Annabeth reminds me of a friend named Sally... She had a mind
just like Annabeth, she thought everything was out to get her,
even her cat, Mr.Butler, [frankly he really was out to get her]!

ERAGON By Christopher Paolini
Eragon is traveling in the Spine and finds a mysterious stone. One night, the "stone" hatches into a dragon and he raises it (the dragon's name is Saphira). One day he is traveling again but when he comes back, the Razzac destroys his home, and kills his step-father, Garrow. Eragon is angered by Garrow's death and want revenge. Brom, a magician and he travel to get Eragon's revenge. Then another character named Murtagh joins the crew while Brom dies. Will Eragon survive all the encounters?!
Eragon is in conflict with the Razzac, the shade and himself trying to learn magic and swordsmanship.
The Empire Galbatrix and the Varden are at war and Saphira and he are teaming up with the Varden. But the Urgals team up with Galbatrix so he fights a lot of Urgals. At the end, when he was in Tronjheim, Urgals raid the city so Murtagh, Saphira, Eragon, and the people of Tronjheim have to fight off hundreds of urgals (and one Shade). Eragon also fights off a Shade who wants revenge.
Eragon changes in a lot of ways. First, he used to fight with a bow &arrow. Now, he uses a sword(Zar'roc). Before he traveled with Brom, all he could use was his bow &arrow. Now after practicing with Brom, he can use a lot of magic, swords, and bow &arrow. At the end, Eragon learns to forget about the past and move on.
Eragon reminded me of myself because if I lose, I want to get revenge like Eragon wants revenge on Razzac for the loss of his step-father.I wish I could forgive people like Eragon.(it's not like I can't forgive people. I just need to get better at it.)

HARRY POTTER AND THE DEATHLY HALLOWS by J.K. Rowling
In the last
installment of the Harry Potter saga, the war against Voldemort isn’t going
well and only Harry, Ron and Hermione can stop him. They set out looking for
Voldemort’s key to immortality, Horcruxs, but it may not be the only way to
stop him when they find out about the truth behind the legend of the Deathly
Hallows, and Harry starts to lose trust in his dead headmaster, Dumbledore when
he finds out secrets that he would never have expected to be true… is all what
it seems to be??
After the dying Snape gives Harry a memory. I liked it best when Harry saw it and found out about Snape’s childhood and the connection he had with Harry’s mom.
I think both boys and girls who are 12-30 years old will enjoy this book.

THE UNDERNEATH by Kathi Appelt
A calico cat and her kittens meet a basset hound named Ranger, who is neglected and abused by his owner. He lives under his owner’s house (hence the title, The Underneath). The kittens must stay in the Underneath, but when one kitten goes out to explore, he and his mother are taken by Ranger’s owner! Will they escape, or face some unknown danger? Read to find out!
P.S. There is also another story within this story that eventually joins the original plot, which includes secrets, shape shifting, and more! Please read this!
The scariest part was when the calico cat and her kitten are taken, because I had no idea what Ranger’s owner would do to them! He is a cruel man, so I was certain something awful would happen. This story has a lot of suspenseful moments like this.
I think both boys and girls who are 8 to 108 years old will enjoy this book, because it is a little complicated, but if you’re old enough, you will LOVE it!
RATING: ***************(etc.)
