BAD KITTY MEETS the BABY by Nick Bruel
This book is about a kitty who gets a new baby in the family. Kitty is not pleased with the new baby because kitty thinks she is a dog. The kitties in the neighborhood always have the PUSSYCAT OLYIMPICS and the baby that kitty thinks is a dog beats every cat in the Olympics while the other kitties were doing there competition bad kitty was trying to convince the kitties that the baby was a dog. After that kitty was getting very angry.
My favorite part in the book when the baby beats bad kitty in the eating contest.
I would recommend this book for both girls and boys who are ages 5 -18

WARRIORS: INTO THE WILD by Erin Hunter
The book is about a cat
named Rusty who wanders into thunder clan territory and meets a cat named Graypaw. Graypaw and Rusty don’t know they are being watched by the clan leader Bluestar that then asks Rusty to join the thunder clan because they need more
clan cats to make the clan more secure.
My favorite part is when Firepaw (or Rusty) goes into shadow clan territory to rescue two kittens that
were stolen by Clawface (a shadow clan warrior) because it is really exciting
because the thunder clan with the help of shadow clan elders try to rescue the kittens and the elders try to get rid of their rude and selfish leader Brokenstar.
I would recommend this book to both boys and girls ages 9-14 years old

THE GRAND ESCAPE by Phyllis Reynolds Naylor
Marco and Polo have
always been house cats but then when Marco reads an article in the news about
Ranches he is determined to see one. The
two cats escape in to the wonderful, but dangerous out doors. There they meet a she cat named Carlotta who
brings them to the Club of Mysteries where Marco and Polo have to solve three
dangerous mysteries. Will they
succeed?
My favorite part was when Marco and Polo came home and found two kittens sleeping in their bed and the kittens were giving Marco and Polo a hard time. Such as Marco tried to play with his toy but one of the kittens wouldn’t let him and then when Marco didn’t want the toy the kitten wanted him to have it.
