THE FIVE ANCESTORS TIGER by Jeff Stone

this book is about when China's Cangzhen temple gets burned and only five monks survive. Their  grand master tells them to split apart and go different ways. The monk that represents the tiger is having trouble living alone. Will he be able to survive?

The funniest part of the book was when Malao that represents the monkey stuck his foot in Fu's face. I liked it because they were crammed in a barrel.They barely could move




I would recommend this book to boys who are 9+ years old

MONKEY by Jeff Stone

This book is about a boy named Malao who has a lot of adventures. They include fighting bandits, finding his brothers, and going to the Sholin Temple. My favorite part of the book was when Malao was fighting a bandit named Hung. It was my favorite part because there was a lot of action. I think boys who are 10-11 years old will enjoy this book.
