David dreams of getting nothing but coal and in trouble for Christmas. He got nothing. But than he wakes up and gets every thing he wants.
The funniest part was when he runs down the street with no shirt
I would recommend this book to boys and girls ages 1-100
I rate this book ****

NO, DAVID! By David Shannon
" No, David" is very funny book because of all the silly mistakes David had done. Whatever Davids mom says not to do David will do it for sure! David had done lots of silly things for instance he knocked his moms very expensive vase to tiny pieces. David is known as the black sheep of the house ( trouble maker ).
My favorite part of this book is when David had made a person out of food.
I would recommend this book for both girls and boys who are ages 3-12
This book would be ****

A BAD CASE OF STRIPES by David Shannon
This book is about teaching the reader to always be themselves. In the book the main character Camilla, changes into what ever people want her to become what ever they want her to become. This makes her feel very sad and left out.In the end she learns to be herself.
For me the saddest part of the book is when other people treat her differently because they do not understand her.
I would recommend this book to any kid who thinks they should become other people.I think both boys and girls who are 5-19 to read this book.
