DAD AND ME IN THE MORNING by: Patricia Lakin

The book is about a young boy who is deaf and goes out with his dad and explores the beach in the morning. The boy uses sign language to describe what they see. They find a big rock to sit on and watch the sunrise. My favorite part of the book is when the sun comes up! I think children who are 4-8 years old will enjoy this book. Mandy Hope’s parents are vets and she might be one too. One night Mandy finds a dog outside her house and the dog is very pregnant. Mandy finds the owner for Kimble Pippa and Jake. Her name is Vera Morly. My favorite part was when Kimble has her puppies. I think children who are 7-11years old will enjoy this book I think girls will prefer this book RATING: **** GB
