Here are the Summer Reading recommendations...the topic is again bullying/respect. Click on each title to link to the Barnes & Noble page for a description of each book
GRADES 4 & 5 Girls: Super Emma by Sally Warner Boys: Danger on Midnight River by Gary Paulsen
GRADE 3: Girls: My Secret Bully Boys: Just Kidding, both by Trudy Ludwig
Of course, all students can read any (or all!) of these choices.
More related recommendations will be offered to accommodate a variety of reading levels.
Students will be responsible to comment on the blog over the summer, and should be prepared for discussions in the fall.
