Even after making peace
with the evil god Set, Carter and Sadie Kane have a mission. They must awaken
the sun god Ra and search for the Book of Ra. However, the problem is that no
one actually knows where Ra is. Sure, he’s probably in the Duat, but
that doesn’t help much. Carter and Sadie have been training kids who had found
the locker and it contents. But even if all of them and the gods unite,
it might not be enough to fulfill their task with only five days until the
world ends.
I liked the part where
Sadie and Carter were in Russia
and they battled Vlad. I liked it because there was a lot of action and it was
really gripping.
I would recommend this book to both boys and girls ages 9 and up.
