The story is about a boy named Mel who likes to joke around a lot and likes magic. His dad is a magician and is afraid of robbers. Mel and his dog Mutt stop a bank robbery and perform in a magic show and were the town heroes.
My favorite part when Mel and Mutt stopped the bank robbery.
I would recommend this book to both boys and girls ages 3-10.
