Ella was born in April 25,1917 Newport News, Virginia Little did this town know that a STAR was born.
Ella was a child of William and Temple and every form of jazz starting from Scat all the way to Be-bop.
Ella lived in Yonkers,New York with her mom but her mom and dad separated after Ella's birth.
Ella studied dancing but shortly after her mom died about 2 years later chick Webb turned that study into singing.
Ella overcame her childhood starting from the death of her original parents all the way to her going to dreadful reform school.
Ella worked as the band leader for Chicks band after his death and
sang scat to lead the band.
Ella was challenged by the pain of losing a limb her legs got amputated because of the sickness of diabetes.
Ella's personality could be described as loud and proud singing to her hearts content just trying to have fun with the random nonsense coming out of her mouth.
Ella was always trying her best to do the best singing as possible entertaining all of her fans waiting to here her sweet sound of SCAT and BE-BOP.
Never giving up to sing for her fans and just making the best of her time singing for pleasure for her self.
Ella was best known for being the best jazz singer singing her amazing way of jazz.
Ella was the jazz queen her voice was royal making people across the world pay to here her voice
