This book is about an old woman who runs away on her birthday. She takes a train to a beach and meets five red headed kids. They ask her where she was staying she says nowhere. They ask her to stay over for a night which tuns into an adoption. Now they are one big happy family.
My favorite part is when the lady runs away and finds the kids and gets adopted.
I think anybody who is ages 9 to whatever age would like this book
