This story is about a girl, named Nikki Maxwell, who moves and has
to go to a new school, but has to last with out her best friends. She makes
some friends a long the way and she makes them tattoos because their parents
wont let them get real one. She also faces a mean girl who is always perfect.
They both enter the Art Contest and on the day of it her dad runs over her
water paint picture in his roach mobile. She wants to move back to her old
school, but then she finds out she wins the contest with the help of her
friends who took pictures of the tattoos and entered them in the contest.
My favorite part was when Nikki tells her little sister that, since she buried her toot the tooth fairy wouldn’t be able to make old people dentures and she would be very mad.
I would recommend this book to girls ages 8-12 who enjoyed the Diary of a Wimpy Kid series
