Shiloh by Phyllis Reynolds Naylor
Marty is walking down by Old Shiloh School and suddenly a dog shows up and follows him all the way home. Apparently the dog belongs to a very mean hunter that abuses his dogs! Can Marty save Shiloh, or not?
The saddest part was when the German Shepard almost kills Shiloh!
I think both boys and girls ages 7-15 years old would enjoy reading this book.
